Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These terms govern your use of RummoPay accounts, currency exchange and payment services.
1. Agreement to terms
By opening a RummoPay account or using any RummoPay service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility & onboarding
Accounts are available to registered businesses that pass our onboarding and verification checks. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Accounts & balances
RummoPay lets you hold balances in supported currencies, exchange between them, and send and receive payments. Balances are not deposits and do not earn interest unless stated in a separate agreement.
4. Currency exchange
Exchange rates and the applicable fee are shown before you confirm a conversion. Once confirmed, a conversion is final and cannot be reversed.
5. Payments & payouts
You are responsible for the accuracy of payment instructions. We may screen, delay, or decline transactions to meet legal and compliance obligations.
6. Fees
Applicable fees are described on our pricing page and during onboarding. We will give reasonable notice of any changes to fees.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activity, and to comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions in which you operate.
8. Liability
The services are provided on an ‘as available’ basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in this agreement.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or suspend or close accounts as described here. We will give reasonable notice where required by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be subject to the courts of British Columbia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
